About Pre-orders
All of our pieces are handmade, which means no two charms are exactly alike — and that’s part of their charm! ✨ While we do our best to stay true to the design shown in photos, you may notice subtle variations in color, shape, or texture.
Pre-orders take approximately 3–4 weeks from the date of purchase to be completed and shipped. This allows us the time needed to create your piece with the care and detail it deserves.

Here’s how it works:

Place your order: Start by purchasing the Custom Order product on our website. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you via the email you provided at checkout.

Let's discuss your big idea: We’ll chat about your ideas, inspirations, and preferences to bring your vision to life.

Sketch & Approval: We will create a sketch of your design for your review. We’ll move forward only after you’ve approved it.

Production Begins: Throughout the process, we’ll send you progress photos and updates, keeping you informed at every step.

Going home: After approximately 3–4 weeks, your finished piece will be carefully packaged and shipped to you!
